	I don't really know a lot of people in it? I mean, I'm vaguely aware of some of them through Sirius, I suppose. But I don't think I'd call them friends...strictly speaking. You don't want to stay in Vallo? Apparently, yours is the second I have to celebrate in July. Just dinner? That's great and all, but you should do something fun and all. Where I'm from 21 is a big deal because it's the legal drinking age and kind of officially being an adult. Though technically one is an "adult" at 18.

I do, but permanence is flighty in places like this. Ah. Dinner is fun. Unless you can somehow convince a bunch of people into a pick up game of Quidditch. Drinking age in England is 18. I never really did much drinking, though. We were considered adults at 17 in the wizarding world, but I'm not sure I should have been allowed to make some of the decisions I made then.
