What: Trying to calm Lyssa and convince her she belongs.

There was a sense of terror in Owen as he made his way back to the house. What could be wrong with Lyssa? Why would she not know her own son and even him? This brought back too many painful memories for the jaded man and he wasn't sure how he would do it agian. Owen knew that despite the fact that Danny was the child of another version of himself, he still had Owen's blood running through his veins which meant that he was not going to let anything happen to him.
Taking a deep, pained, breath Owen opened the front door to the house he now shared with a woman he was getting to know once again and called out for her. "Lyssa". As he called out for her, he walked from room to room trying to find the woman he was looking for. |

Warnings: Probably not since there's the baby and they just met again.
Lyssa had tidied all Danny's things up to take over to Jack's that she would think he'd need more concered about his needs than her own. But then Owen was going to come round so it had made her change her plans a little. Still as she'd told Jack she really didn't want to be alone. After filling the kettle in the kitchen and pulling out the good ground coffee and all the things that would be needed to make it she'd gone back to pick Danny up. Setting him on her hip she wandered around the strangely empty flat talking to him and singing as she waited on Owen turning up. |

Lyssa wasn't really sure what to make of Owen not knowing her. The others, those he'd called friends calling him names and being nasty to him had made her defensive. She couldn't help but get a little defensive over the people she cared about. She ran a hand over her stomach, wondering what this Owen would make of how she looked and that she was having their son. She had to keep reminding herself that it still was the Owen she knew and loved, the love part wasn't a problem. From just talking to him she thought he was adorable. A bit of a dork but undoubtedly adorable. So it didn't worry her about agreeing to meet him.
Leaving Rain at home she headed out to meet Owen where he said he would be. She didn't rush because she couldn't really but she didn't want to keep him waiting. She looked a little anxious when she finally arrived, tugging on the sleeve of the shirt she was wearing. One of Owen's, something he'd worn because then she needed something comforting to remind her of her Owen. It was going to be a long... well however long this place decided it wanted to keep people like that. |

Ianto headed round to see Owen. He wanted to know what was up with Owen. The fact Owen hadn't wanted to speak about it made him more determined to find out. It proved he could put aside any petty arguements they might have to show genuine concern for a friend. He rang the bell and hoped Owen would answer. He held a bottle of wine he'd brought back from his trip as a sort of peace offereing. |

He'd found Owen, or rather Owen him and they were on their way to pick her up. Molly. He reminded himself. That was her name. He turned to Owen and opened his mouth to speak then closed it again. |

Siana was nervous. On the one hand, she still didn't believe she could get pregnant and the idea terrified her. On the other, she had always wanted a family of her own and she thought maybe this place would be better to raise a child than home, even with all the insanity. She was pretty sure that either way the results would be at least a little upsetting in some way. Still, she had to know, because it just wouldn't do not to know. Steeling herself, she knocked on the door of Owen's flat. |

Lyssa was in short avoiding the topic of conversation of that drawer. That she was currently trying to avoid even going to check up there to see if anything else was missing. Rain had arrived home from school so everything had stopped with Lyssa while she made sure her daughter got tea and then went off to do whatever homework it was she had, which wasn't much, she'd done most of it in class. Yes, Lyssa had checked to make sure. The kid was smart. So nothing to keep her in Rain had gone round to a friends for a while. Which left Lyssa more time to avoid the drawer.
Though she wasn't.
She folded her arms and stared at the strange coloured chest of drawer like piece of furniture that made such a brilliant place to keep things that she didn't exactly want everyone knowing about. She rubbed the back of her neck and turned to go back down to the kitchen to get something to eat with a sigh. Glad of the moments quiet. Not that she didn't like it, she hoped it wouldn't last long. Lyssa had rather got used to the strange kind of chaos now. |

Ianto was greeted at the door by Lyssa who smiled at him then looked mournfully at the beer he was carrying. Instead for her there was milkshake which she seemed happy to wander off to the kitchen with while he went to the living room where he hoped he'd find Owen.
"Hey." He held up the beer. "My way of saying thanks. Amazed you still want to see me after the last week." He looked slightly awkward standing about for a moment. Then he suddenly spoke.
"I think I just asked Gwen out on a date." |
