When. Last week sometime

Lyssa was in short avoiding the topic of conversation of that drawer. That she was currently trying to avoid even going to check up there to see if anything else was missing. Rain had arrived home from school so everything had stopped with Lyssa while she made sure her daughter got tea and then went off to do whatever homework it was she had, which wasn't much, she'd done most of it in class. Yes, Lyssa had checked to make sure. The kid was smart. So nothing to keep her in Rain had gone round to a friends for a while. Which left Lyssa more time to avoid the drawer.
Though she wasn't.
She folded her arms and stared at the strange coloured chest of drawer like piece of furniture that made such a brilliant place to keep things that she didn't exactly want everyone knowing about. She rubbed the back of her neck and turned to go back down to the kitchen to get something to eat with a sigh. Glad of the moments quiet. Not that she didn't like it, she hoped it wouldn't last long. Lyssa had rather got used to the strange kind of chaos now.
