| Who: Mickey and December Where: December's When: late Warnings: NSFW It wasn’t planned but well after nightfall Mickey had found himself sitting on the steps outside of December’s house, waiting for her to leave for work. He probably could have knocked, but it was easier to wait her out, sipping at the beer he’d grabbed from his fridge. He’d taken a page out of her book, starting with one beer, but by the time he wound up outside her house, trying to figure out just what the hell she’d been thinking he was working on his third. It was enough to give him a light buzz, but it wasn’t answering his questions. Two hundred and fifty dollars. And while she was willing to shell out that much, she wasn’t willing to bid on him herself. That was one hell of a pity bid if it was. ( Maybe a little too well ) | ||||||||

| Who: Mannix and Clementine Where: Central Park, Jaws When: Evening So...Clementine was a little high. And loving it. It had been a while so she’d only smoked some of what she’d gotten from Skylar, but it was good and she was having a great time thanks to it. Smiling, she got a snack from one of the vendors at the festival and started making her slow, sluggish way toward where the movie was being held, definitely not thinking of paying much attention to where she was stepping. | Who: Micah and December Where: The morgue When: morning Micah had struggled with leaving Nic in the morning, but work called and as a result he’d had to leave and head back to the hospital. He was going to get used to Nic being around if he wasn’t careful. Even now he was thinking of how he’d rather not sleep than sleep alone. It was the thought that clouded his mind as he tried to get caught up on the charts from the night before, making it difficult to read. So much that he read one three times before realizing what he was looking at and the name written on the top. Still holding on to it he took a different direction, headed for the morgue. He knocked, but mostly followed after. “December?” he called, hoping the night coroner was still around. If he’d read her chart right, he wanted to make sure her bite wasn’t infected. | Who: Kenzie and Mickey When: Evening Where: Eatzy's & Movie Warnings: Language Mickey was dressed well again, for the second day in a row, though he hadn’t bothered with shaving again, the edges of scruff showing on his chin and cheeks. He’d scrubbed his hands though, despite having worked on some leaky pipes as well as a generator during the day. When he arrived at Eatzy’s to meet Kenzie, he was in his best jeans and a plaid button down and surprisingly enough, nothing was stained with grease. Kenzie had almost forgotten about her date with Mickey. She had spent most of the day sleeping, or high from the weed she'd bought from Skylar, and she probably would have been lazy on her pcouch right through the evening if her cousin hadn't reminded her of her plans. So after showering, she had kept her face free of make up, but for a little bit of mascara, and wore her hair back from her face. She had on a simple black dress with a leather jacket. Unfortunately her dirty Converse were the only pair of shoes she owned that she actually liked. She probably looked a hell of a lot different than when Mickey first met her. Probably even younger. But that was good. She liked being unpredictable, especially since he had pegged Skylar as her type simply by her appearance. ( I'll make you a deal, ok? ) | ||||||||

| Who: Corey and Avery Where: shop downtown When: afternoon Corey had gotten some money together, and gone shopping. Which she hadn't really done for anything but food since she'd got to the dome, so that was weird in general. She was standing outside one of the shops, looking in the window at the racks of clothes in there, and she was nearly afraid to go in and even try anything on. She was nervous, and was utterly unsure what to do with herself. She'd texted Gabe, to ask his opinion because she lacked friends of any other description. She very much had no females around to help her in that even a little. So she stood there, waffling over what to do in preparation of her date with Eli. It just sucked because she knew she was psyching herself out. It was stupid. She just couldn't quite help it. | ||||||||

| Who: Eli and Finn Where: Their house When: Noon There were times that Eli embraced living with Finn and Liam and other times he avoided them completely. It depended on the day, on what he could take and what he was willing to put up with. Yesterday had been a day to avoid, as he'd been pissed that Finn had entered him into the bachelor auction. Liam wasn't really to blame for it, and neither was Audrey for that matter, but he'd still wanted space. It made it less likely that he might explode at one of them. Today, however, he was feeling more forgiving, since he was somewhat pleased with the outcome. He had a date with Corey, someone he would have never dreamed was interested in him. He'd never considered asking her out because, well, Eli hadn't thought a lot about dating. Now that was on the table... because of Finn. It was the reason he sought him out, knocking on his bedroom door to see if he was around. He wasn't sure what he was going to say, since he didn't see this as completing a quest, but he wanted a chance to talk. It was rare enough that Eli thought he should go for it. | Who: Gabe and Claire Where: Gabe's House When: Morning While he wasn't a morning person, Gabe had good reason to be up early on Sunday morning. This was his chance to make up ruining his first semi-date with Claire with another not-quite-date that promised to be better. He didn't want to start anything till she arrived, so that it would still be hot, but he had everything ready to go. The eggs were cracked and beat, the sausage chopped, the cheese grated, and the orange juice cold. His mother had already been in for her coffee, smiled at his attempt to woo Claire, and headed out to the hospital. Any time now Claire would be knocking on the door. | Who: Zania and Cody Where: The streets, Mickey's house, Zania's house When: After midnight Zania was annoyed at having missed the bachelor auction, the damn sun preventing her from even getting out of the house until it was over and done with. She'd stopped by the festival long enough to grab some popcorn, then began to wander around town, not at all interested in watching the movie. Maybe she should be. Maybe if she was sitting next to a guy, holding hands, poking fun at the movie or the people around them. There were a lot of maybes in her mind, but all of them fell short of reality, wherein she was walking by herself, somewhat hungry for blood. DATE: Sunday, April 2, 2017 WEATHER: Cloudy with a chance of meatballs... or rain. Showers on and off throughout the day. Temperature ranges from 77-61°F. EVENTS: The ghosts are still hanging around and no one seems to know what they should do about them, if they can even do about them. Town Hall doesn’t even mention them, because what can they say? Do not panic? They have bigger things to deal with, like the bodies that keep dropping. Official reports indicate blood loss as the reason for death, but why? Rather than imposing a curfew, officials suggest not going out after dark without another person. In other words, don’t wander off alone! A second movie is showing tonight in the center of town, though it’s much more toned down in terms of festivities. This time there’s a selection of beer and wine to purchase and the movie is a bit more geared towards adults. And old favorite, Jaws, is playing. Apparently if they’re going to show a monster movie, they’re aiming at one that can’t possibly affect a land-locked dome. Is anyone still asking about the doors? BODY COUNT: 26, 0 new this game day 2 from heart attacks via ghosts. 7 from the riot at the doors. 11 from bat bites. 3 from spontaneous combustion. 3 from blood loss | ||||||||
