[Left by Miguel's door is a small box. Inside is a scrupulously cleaned little potion bottle containing approximately 2 fluid ounces of blood. It also contains the returned forms, which Arcturus has completed to the best of his ability with his quill pen now that they don't contain references to forbidden muggle machines. They're all in order, apart from the occasional date with the year given as '1867'. Arcturus has a big flourishy signature. There's also this short note on parchment:]
