Notice board on Apartment wall
(Ooc: Isa put up a notice board with a pen attached to it in the apartment building. She seperated it into four sections: "People who need help and what they need:", "This is what I can do for you:", "I am well, do not worry about me:" & "Misc:". She also put up sheets of papers in the major shops, saying: "Hey ya, I saw the notice board wasn't up yet. So I set it up in the apartments while our communication is down. Isa." The board will be big enough for people to leave plenty of comments.)
