What: After her absence the castle fell quiet and in her return it comes to life!

From afar, all could see smoke billowing from the towers. In the previous night it had come to life, as if by magic, the castle's windows illuminated with warm yellow candlelight. From the hearth within ran a great fire which brought upon the smoke curling into the crisp winter air. Snow decorated the pillars and spires and walls, turning the stone white with frost. The snow was tart, shimmering in the day's light, iced over from the cold and only growing thicker with the minutes that passed as more flakes fell, contrasting against the plumes of gray from the fire's chimney.( Should one be so curious as to venture forth... )
