According to the Foundation, actor John Quade passed away in his sleep on Sunday. He was 71.
You may remember Mr. Quade as the COMTRON employee/truck driver in the original pilot, Knight of the Phoenix. (Where Michael and Kitt went right through the COMTRON trailer.)
