Workout Therapy (Mia)

Dinah had a lot to do for the potential League, but since she couldn't find Clark and Bruce still hadn't returned from the cave, she was stuck with little to do at the moment but wait and try to track down some of the names that Zatanna had directed her to.

Waiting and being idle meant less to distract her from the recent break-up and the fact that she still felt extremely out of sorts and isolated in this world. She had a potential team, but only time would tell if everyone could pull together and it wasn't the same as the team back home. Then again, the League back home hadn't been the same as it had been in the beginning either. After all, her recent stint as leader of the Justice League had ended in most of the team going their separate ways.

The best cure for thinking too much and feeling lost was always to get in a good workout. Dinah hadn't seen Abby since that first meeting, which was a shame because she wouldn't have minded a sparring partner. Though at this point, any workout was better than none.

That was why she could currently be found dressed for training and heading in the direction of the gym.

Trying to find out more (Open)

Aidan had learned a good deal from Fred, but he was always open to discovering new information. And as much of it as he could manage. He realized that maybe the people here might not really have any better of an idea than he did, but it didn't hurt to ask. It also didn't hurt to make new friends.

He had decided, from looking around and having a peek outside the wall, that this was indeed not Boston, and not the world he had come from. Part of him had still clung to the idea that he'd just been moved to some craphole while he was unconscious. Aidan had hope, for the first time in his life, that he'd been dosed heavily with juniper, that he'd been knocked out and that he'd be able to get back home. That hope was completely gone.

Fred had told him he might need to talk to the woman named Belia, who ran this place. Aidan wanted to know more about her before he did, though. He wanted an opinion, or many opinions. He wanted to know what he would face, and what kind of questions she would have. Not to mention any knowledge she might have of who he was. If it was true that he was in some kind of book or show or whatever, he wanted to be ready before hand, so it wasn't such a shock if she said she knew everything about him. He really didn't like the idea of people knowing him that he didn't know. Especially not in a strange place where rumors of his past wouldn't be the source.

Right now, though, Aidan was standing in the street, almost in the heart of die Festung, looking at the sky. There was a thing there that hadn't been there before. He couldn't tell if it was a comet or some kind of satellite. He knew it wasn't a star, though, since he'd been watching for some time, and it had moved.

Somebody's Not in Kansas Anymore...[Oliver]

The air was cool, the hint of coppery tang in her mouth telling her that his punch had connected with it's target. She held her arms up, hands balled into fists as a slow grin pulled at Mia's lips. Her eyes left his face and flickered to the knife in his hands. She saw him step forward his arm in motion, but before he had the chance to jab the knife in her direction her foot shot out, the heel of her boot slamming into his shin.

Her grin widened, her body weaving as she sent a roundhouse kick to his arm and knocked the blade clear across the alley. She knew she shouldn't be out there antagonizing the criminal element of Metropolis, Oliver would most likely be furious if he knew, but he hadn't been around lately and Mia was bored.
