Delays, delays (Dinah)
They'd kept the fire going all night to ward off any other small things that might be exploring the cave system now that the dragon was dead and Bruce eventually woke Dinah for her turn at keeping watch. It wasn't the most comfortable bed in the world and he slept with one ear open in case of trouble but the last thing Bruce was worried about was a little lack of sleep. That was pretty much his entire life after all.
The next day they had looked around to map out the immediate area of the caves before packing up to head back to the city when they heard the storm. Apparently it was going to be a wet trip back to the city. That meant new sorts of hazards on the slope back down and various situations were running through Bruce's head when he stopped short at the exit from the cave.
"Are those toads?"
