Halloween. It used to be Martha's favorite holiday while she was young, but now it meant kids doing stupid stunts and getting themselves hospitalized. But since most were afraid to go to the hospital they generally came to the clinic.

She had ordered a run on supplies and they had people lined up for shifts all night. Four hour shifts, because she wanted everyone fresh in case something happened. She was one of only three doctors that volunteered at the clinic - and most of her time was spent there instead of at the hospital. It was amazing what they saw come in through that door... She needed someone else. Another doctor. A good one but there were only so many willing to leave the hospital for extended periods of time...

Walking through the clinic she checked a few things off on her clipboard. There was so much to do and so little time to do it in...
