Mod Cooperative

I'm looking for help in launching a community set in a fictional town in New Jersey with an emphasis on character development, interactions and writing. I'd really like a co-mod to held me out with things. Especially HTML, since I'm not all that great at it. Some one with previous modding experience would be nice, but not mandatory. I do ask they have examples of their own writing for review. I'll be more than happy to provide my own if need be.
