Mod Cooperative

Hi, all. I'm in need of a co-mod to help with the set up and run of a V for Vendetta-inspired game. The basic idea would be to pit a small group of rebels against a totalitarian state. Characters would be playable in either camp, with the rebels leading double lives and everyone generally believing they're doing the right thing. Less a battle of good and evil and more a matter of gray areas. What I would need from a co-mod is, primarily, some html help. The premise is in the fine-tuning stages. Suggestions are always welcome.
