[Phanan has an actual spring in his step today - a metaphorical one, since he does have a few actual springs in his mechanical leg. Mistletoe bots are basically the reason he and Chuck ended up together so he has a soft spot for them. This is kind of a weird anniversary as far as he's concerned. So while he's actively looking for Chick right now he won't be in a bad mood if he encounters anyone else while these things are buzzing around, either.]
