[ He could've gone out, gotten some coffee and gotten back scot-free if it wasn't for the little annoying titbit of a fact that he's living in the same apartment building as a vampire. A vampire that has it out for Ianto's boyfriend. A vampire that won't let this opportunity to antagonize slip out of his grasp.

Hell, he'll even hurry up his steps a bit so their paths will most certainly converge on the way out of the apartment building. ]

He is carrying a stake inside his suit jacket as per Jack's suggestion but he's a bit doubtful about how well any attempts to use it will actually go. For the moment he decides to stick with his usual sarcastic attitude and hope for the best.]

Oh so I see you've met him, then. [One of the very few barbs about him and Jack that is actually not going to make him particularly uncomfortable. Its sort of like shaking hands for Jack.] Psychotic ex-boyfriend lookalike, remember? Please excuse me for not being shocked.

[He wonders what happens if you refuse to kiss. Maybe the bots disintegrate you or something. Right now that really sounds like the more preferable of the two options.]

Don't flatter yourself. [Objectively he can admit Spike is attractive, but that's the extent of it. Any physical interests he might have in him is squashed beneath that giant pile of loathing he feels towards the vampire. Another shove from the barrier and they're pressed up against each other. Lovely. He is not going to put this off long enough to see what comes next so he does his best not to look revolted and kisses him. Enough finesse to satisfy the bot, and over with as quickly as he can.]
