I've been enjoying the winter break from classes. I can't believe they start again in a few more days.

I had the weirdest dream last night! It felt so real!

I do believe I will be donning my new robes and making a show out of a New Year's celebration. What does this place tend to provide in the way of entertainment?

While I do not celebrate Midgardian holidays, I do appreciate how generous our captors have been to me.

MJ's elephant is gone but Charlotte is still here. Did anyone else have their animals stay?

If Skaði and I are to co-exist without serious disagreement, I believe that I will need to find a bed of equal size to the one already in my room. Skaði and I do not both fit on it comfortably, and it has caused many a discussion - and even a few races - to see who will get the majority of the space each night. And as for the other furniture, she has claimed sovereignty over the seating and I must content myself with a space on the floor, though she does let me rest my back against her throne.

I admit, though, I would be lesser without her presence. It is as if a piece of myself was misplaced without her, and I feel much improved with her constant company - even with the wrestling for control of the bed.

There's a lot to be thankful for this year, although it may not feel that way. I'm thankful that I've got both new and old friends here.

So Sebastian seems to get along with Isis and Hecate okay but he seems frustrated that they can't talk like he can.

It appears that I have been gifted a komodo dragon.

Funny. You'd think I wouldn't have enough soul left to share it with anything else, even if he is a tenth of my size.

Okay, who had the bright idea to put a baby bear in my room?

Almost had to drop kick some creepy ass clown when he offered me a balloon. Thanks but no thanks, dude.

Turns out Midnight is a healthy kitty, although he's a little undersized. The vet recommended some special food, and said he's going to be a fluffy guy.

It's nice to have showers again, but there's some things I'm definitely going to miss about our little Mad Max adventure.
