So, since I can't exactly gamble...suggestions for staying busy? Something to keep my mind off sad things

I need a job. One that doesn't conflict with schooling, otherwise Betty might get mad.

We have had a lot of new arrivals lately and some people asking for help so I think it's time to hold another self-defense seminar. Everyone is welcome to attend. If you are interested in lending a hand to teach, let me know.

I expect to see you kids at the seminar. We'll still continue working one-on-one but this will be some extra practice. Plus if other people volunteer to help teach, you'll likely see some different techniques.

Steve said he can start teaching us tomorrow. We're to go to room 35124 at 2 p.m. Oh, and we need to wear loose, comfortable clothing. I was going to go see what I can find in either the hotel store or outside, so let me know what size clothes you need.

I'm also going to see about getting an air mattress so we can all stay in the same room for now. I'll take that, and you two can share the bed.

So, I've been talking to Steve McGarrett about self-defense lessons, and he's offered to start teaching Betty, our friend Veronica, and I tomorrow at 2pm. Maybe he'll let you guys in on the lessons too.

Can anyone teach me how to be a better fighter? It's my responsibility to keep my friend and my girlfriend safe since I'm the only guy here from our home and if anything were to happen to either of them, I'd feel responsible.

I'm not sure what I can barter or pay in return, but I'll think of something.

Hey, I think I found someone willing to teach us some fighting skills. Or just me, if you two aren't interested. From what people keep saying, I think we'll need them though.

This is more like a nightmare, why did my mind even go to Vegas? I suppose for a dream it's better than Riverdale.
