Hey, so, funny story, but...who are you people and why is this Vegas? With zombies? Zombie Vegas. I feel like I woke up in the wrong movie.

I've already spoken to some of you, but for those who don't know me - my name is Steve Rogers. And I'm sorry I've waited this long to introduce myself, and that it couldn't be on better terms.

As Kara Danvers pointed out, people are dying in the strange outbreak of violence, not far from here.

Now, I know that there are barriers up around the city keeping us in. But I also know a bunch of us were just shoved into locked rooms and forced to find a way out: I think maybe that was a test. Maybe now we have to find our way out, because goddamn it there are people who need help.

If anyone would like to help me hit this barrier with everything we've got, let me know. I'll be at the MGM Grand in thirty minutes. Let's try to work out a plan.

For one thing, those darling little slippers children love so much were stilettos. Do you seriously think witches wear slippers? They were also ruby not silver. It's all about value, not some endearing children's novel.

My daughter is so eager to explore our new home but I am reluctant to allow her to do so. I suppose I cannot keep her locked up in our room forever.

I've tried all the hotels on the strip. It's the strangest thing. Everything functions just like you'd expect it to, but you can't go upstairs in any of them. Just this one. What do you think that means?

I'd ask why I went from chasing all manner of Reapers in a half-destroyed London to waking up in a much smaller Las Vegas than I remember, but I've dealt with much weirder shit than that. So, what year is it, exactly? And are any of my crew here?
