Premise

No one is safe. Darkness and terror have seeped into the lives of all. It has been 10 year since the beginning of Lord Voldemort and the Death Eater's reign of terror. Hundreds of innocents and combatants have been killed, but, that is only the start.

The death toll keeps mounting. There are those who oppose the dispicable atrocities. Albus Dumbledore and the Order of the Phoenix fight back against all the odds, but, they are hopelessly outnumbered. Their lives are threatened, but they have not given up. They will not. Then, there is the Ministry. They faced the assassination of their Minister only a month ago. Minister Bagnold has attempted to bring up support in departments and increase the Auror force, though at every corner her attempts are thwarted. The Death Eaters keep marching. Everyone is at war. No matter who you are, the war will touch you.

Werewolves. Quidditch players. Ministry laws. Impetuous RPG is a multi-faceted game. With a strong social aspect laced with dark undertones, Impetuous is a plot-progressing game where new laws are being enacted by the Ministry of Magic. Purebloods reigned for years, but now a group of muggleborns and half-bloods, scared of a potential pureblood rising, are pushing for new laws that limit the rights of the wizarding population.


The year is 2002. The fourth anniversary of the Second Wizarding War has come and gone. The past three years have been filled with rebuilding and recovering from both the emotional and physical damage wrought by the war. The acting Minister, Kingsley Shacklebolt, has just come out on top in the most recent elections, the first ones held since the end of the war. He'll remain in office another four years.

The public is demanding that something be done to prevent events like the rise of Voldemort and the Second Wizarding War from ever happening again. Acting impetuously, the Minister of Magic proposes the first of what will come to be known as the Bones Laws. A seemingly innocent blood census is just the first step in an increasingly oppressive campaign against purebloods...

The murder of a notable pureblood, Narcissa Malfoy, might just pit purebloods and muggleborns against each other once again.
