For six years the world of Harry Potter has been free of the terror of Lord Voldemort. Witches and Wizards alike are reclaiming their lives of old. Doors are no longer locked in the face of strangers. Children are no longer kept at home to prevent the terror of social and political turmoil. The Wizarding world is slowly recovering from a decade of darkness, it's citizens peering out into the world with hope as the sun rises around them.

Are these actions premature? Tom Riddle is no more, but consider the possibility of there being something far more sinister lurking in the darkness. A man who kills for ambition is harmless beside a man who kills for the thrill. For centuries myths and stories have resounded throughout both the Muggle and Wizarding worlds. Muggles believe them the workings of fantasy. The Wizards consider them animals, easily contained. Neither of them realizing that the stories they hear are nothing more than fabrications created by the very creatures that live among them unnoticed.

As the new year approaches consider the potential these creatures have if they have been able to conceal their existence with such frightening completion. More importantly, consider the possible terror that would come if a single creature sought to denounce the vow of silence, threatening to expose the ancient covenant, with the forbidden act of wreaking havoc on the mortal population ... by feeding in the heart of the city.

It was expected to be the largest memorial ever, numbers surpassing those of the first memorial. But, when the night of May 02, 2023 occurred, the celebration was promptly cut short by an unexpected happening. Minister Wipple had just welcomed all those attending and was introducing Harry Potter to the stage when a large bang occurred, followed by a green flash of light. Everyone looked skyward to see a horrifying memory come to life - the Dark Mark. The people's cries rang out through the alley as they scattered in all directions; all the while the snake slithered in and out of the skull in the sky. Very few people stayed around long enough to see the next spell cast - the image of a stag floating over the darkened sky in battle with the Mark.

At first the Wizarding World attempted to rationalize what took place as a prank, but when weeks passed and no one took the blame and no evidence was found, people began to grow curious. That curiosity was exploited on June 22, when masked figures vandalized Albus Dumbledore's grave at Hogwarts, causing a grass fire that burnt the Dark Mark around the headstone. Rumors and worry began to spread, increasing tenfold on July 31, when a statue of Harry Potter was stolen from Diagon Alley, outside of Gringotts. The Ministry launched a large investigation in a counterattack and in hopes that it would relieve fears. It did not.

The Daily Prophet, as if working against the Ministry's efforts, printed a highly controversial article suggesting the "pranks" were actually attacks, and possibly being instrumented by old followers of the Dark Lord on August 08, just around the time students were readying themselves for the upcoming school year. September 01 was coming closer and closer and fear was mounting, unable to be quelled. Even the Headmaster couldn't offer words of relief, only a promise that students would be safe.

Admonitio is a social game with slight dark plotting, which focuses on fifth through seventh years at Hogwarts and their lives there.

The REPUBLIC is a dark AU Trio-era Post-warts game that takes place more than a year after the Battle of Hogwarts on 2 May 1998. The game is DH-compliant until Harry Potter's confrontation with Voldemort in the forest -- this time, Harry was killed, Voldemort won, and Death Eaters have since continued being the power behind the Ministry of Magic.

Dumbledore's Army and the Order of the Phoenix are, however, coming together again in the autumn of 1999 after a year of disbandment, imprisonment, Ministry service, or forced hiding. We are currently recruiting for key characters on all sides to further a number of plots that have been planned for the next several months.

We all know the story: 1976, the Marauders, the building war in the outside world. Voldemort rises, his supporters increase. The Order of the Phoenix, while small, attempts to stand against them. They have little knowledge, little power, and everything seems like it will be lost when war begins. The Dark Lord is powerful - but his fate is inevitable. A fate that has yet to be predicted.

Still, the school year trudges on; friendships are made, bonds that they believe will never be broken. While on the outside, people have begun to question loyalties, friendships, and those they once considered allies, the children of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardy continue their lives and education like all the normal ones before them. War can't get inside these thick, stone walls. Or at least, that's what everyone is hoping.

Pullus Aetas is a Marauders game with several spots open (including REMUS LUPIN, SEVERUS SNAPE, and other popular canon roles. It is not much different than other 6th year MWPP era games, but we can promise you three things; canon plots, ages, and a drama-free playing zone.

WHO WILL YOU VOTE FOR?

A 2008 Harry Potter Role Play Game

The Second Wizarding War is over. The Order of the Phoenix won, and the United Kingdom is finally at peace – or at least it was.

Then came the announcement of Minister Kingsley Shacklebolt’s retirement, and all political hell broke loose.

With peace finally upon the Wizarding World, the question on everyone’s mind is who will be elected to take his place. Most assume it will be the Boy Who Lived, but when Harry Potter refuses to become a candidate, that leaves the field wide open.

Multiple candidates are chosen, one from each Ministry Department. Each promise peace and prosperity, but most have their own agenda.

Worse, as the election heats up, a war between Departments is stirring as each fights for dominance. It’s Auror against Unspeakable, International Magical Cooperation against Magical Accidents and Catastrophes, even the Department of Regulation of Magical Creatures against the Department of Transportation. At first it’s regarded as friendly rivalry, but when candidates start to turn up dead, it turns into an all-out war.

Who will survive the election – and more importantly, who will win?

And after it’s all over…then what?

The Afterlife has come at last... One might expect paradise or eternal damnation, but something else entirely is in store for the wizards and witches who find themselves on a remote island in the sea. Atlantis is a combination of paradise and damnation, though that makes the afterlife all the sweeter. The residents have their own demons to contend with in time without end, but they are being governed by a higher power that has yet to reveal itself.

This higher power has taken it upon itself to set up a fickle environment, throwing a wrench into the workings of Atlantean Afterlife. Will the residents of this lonely island be able to survive eternity with the same dignity that they displayed in their lives?

Despite these vast changes, one thing has remained the same. Recently, Hogwarts Castle has appeared on the island. It is surrounded by the same terrain that frequented its' "living" twin. Along with its' appearance, new arrivals have accompanied its' appearance.

Atlantean residents are now faced with their School Age versions.

Things are about to get even more interesting...
