Initium is a new beginning. Lord Voldemort is dead and the wizarding world is picking up the pieces left in his wake. The muggle-born registration has ended and they no longer live in hiding. The ministry is no longer in turmoil. Hogwarts is reopening. All is right with the world?

In the wake of Lord Voldemorts demise, the death eaters have claimed to be Imperiused or otherwise coerced into service in his name. Some have been released into society, now better citizens. Among that group was Rodolphus Lestrange. He has become very active in the ministry and is considering a run for political office, standing up for the order, doing what is right in society. Things are not always as they appear. The death eaters have reformed underground and are quietly building their army again under Lestrange's guidance, unbeknownst to the world.

Meanwhile Hogwart's is flourishing. Due to the disasters of the last year, the students have been invited back for a proper 7th year and a proper education. It is a shortened year but it gives then the opportunity to make up what they missed and take the exams that will help them continue on into their careers. The parents think that it is a good idea, especially those of muggleborn children who had to leave the school last year. The DA is a welcome organization and the students may feel free to join. It isn't hidden but honored. Below the surface though, the DE children will also organize and will build again. Leading in the seventh year, they are now pushed underground but they never stay there for long.

Initium is an intricately woven game where spies for either side, run rampant as battle lines are again drawn. Each side, both in the wizarding world and at school are gearing up for yet another round. Who will win in the new world is anybody's guess.

Wanted Characters Starting APRIL 18th! Yes, it is yet another Marauder Era game, fixated on sixth year. The First war has started, and according to The Head Master of Hogwarts, school life will not be interrupted. However, the factions are forming, friends and families are divided by both death and by their own personal choices. PLAYERS ARE WELCOME TO JOIN ONE OF THE GAMES, OR BOTH. IT IS COMPLETELY YOUR CHOICE. This is a unique new RPG that will attempt to bridge the gap between the canon, slash, and crack Harry Potter role playing worlds. Elysium and Elysium Fields are respectively are the canon world and the "dream"world. The canon game attempts to follow the lives of the Marauders and the Hogwarts students of their era. The "dream world" is where the djinn sweep their victims off to, and there, Most ANYTHING can happen. Elysium is where Voldemort's strength is gathering, and he and his followers are preparing their sack on London. At Hogwarts, life goes on as usual,and no one is aware of the djinn's presence. There are vague memories of strange dreams, but most of the possessed are too confused by the"dreams" and have little more than vague (fuzzy) memories about what happened in their nightly visions. Eventually, the possess will gather and speak of their so called "memories", and Dumbledore will be involved. Elysium Fields is our "dream world." Here, as we stated earlier, Most anything can happen. We ask that this site stays friends locked, and even then, warnings and cuts must be placed on the posts. We also ask that the players stay away from illegal activities, and act in an appropriate manner. It was almost like everything was back to normal. The year before had become a distant memory as the students of Hogwarts returned to school with nothing to focus themselves on besides the every constant rumours that floated through the hallways, their social lives and, of course, actual schoolwork. Voldemort is gone, though some of his followers are still on the run or keeping to themselves to avoid attention. It’s almost as though it’s become another era, a happier one. Without a war to worry about, the student body keeps itself busy by paying closer attention to the latest gossip or scandal going around the school, passing notes or sharing comments through their journals. New friendships and relationships are made, and Hogwarts has never been quite like this before. Set in the trio's seventh year, RIDDIKULUS focuses on the school life and social interactions of the Harry Potter characters. We have a diverse cast, raging from those who thrive on gossip, to those who prefer to keep to themselves and their schoolwork, to the ones who love creating mayhem for the heck of it... and everything in between. → This game is canon up until HBP with details of the end of the war from Deathly Hallows. Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry has stood the test of time. It's been the home to scores of young witches and wizards preparing them to take their first few steps out in to the real world. Designed to help students cope with their adult lives, things have scarcely changed in the thousands years of its operation. Until now. Severus Snape has taken charge of the school and with him come two notorious Death Eaters, all ready to modify the school in a manner to suit their evil whims. The seventh book gives readers a glimpse into what the young witches and wizards experienced whilst in these hallowed halls, but what really happened? How could things have gone so terribly wrong and how will they all get ready to take that final stand? To overthrow Voldemort and everything he stands for when Harry Ron and Hermione return in summer for that final stand.

A 7th year by-the-book community with a little twist, Resurrecting the Hallows will replay Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows from the view of the students, reflecting on the moments that would make them stand and fight or run and hide. Although striving for canon, we don't wish to stifle creativity and will therefore follow the books until that fateful battle...

Far From Grace is a livejournal-based an alternate universe Harry Potter Marauders' Era Role Playing Game. It began with the death of James Potter at the hands of Peter Pettigrew and explores how the world changes for his loved ones, friends, and enemies. It is a game intended for serious players interested in strong characterizations and character development, as well as involvement in plotting and story-lines. We have been going strong since November 2007, have a great group of core players, and are looking to get a few fresh faces!

We would LOVE to have the following characters: Rodolphus Lestrange, Frank Longbottom (your Alice awaits!), Andromeda Tonks, and Ted Tonks! 2 May 1998 - the day that lies in infamy as the day that Voldemort and the Death Eaters won the Battle of Hogwarts. Before Harry Potter could reach the diadem, before the fighting could truly begin, Death Eaters stormed the castle and it was over before it had begun. Finally, with the Boy Who Lived in his hands, Voldemort was free to do as he pleased with the Wizarding World.

Those who were present at the battle, as well as all Muggleborns and those who are loyal to Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, were rounded up. Hogsmeade was transformed into a concentration camp, and all of those who had been captured were imprisoned.

Witches and wizards from all walk of life now live together, scattered throughout numbered buildings in the town. They have duties they must perform, chores that need attending, and what little freedom they do have is carefully watched by the Death Eaters who rule the town. If anyone is caught breaking the rules, they are punished - and those who declare loyalty to Voldemort and the Death Eaters are rewarded. Life is no longer a right; it is a privilege.

All the while, the imprisoned Order of the Phoenix will do what it must in order to escape. But with little privacy, alert guards, and no magic at their disposal, all they can do is stay together and do whatever it takes to survive.

But one day, strange things start to happen. One morning you might wake up and find your hair's turned purple - the next, you might find you're only able to sing. Theories start to fly, but only one seems to really make sense: with so many captured witches and wizards who are unable to use wands, it seems inevitable that unintentional magic starts to crop up nearly every day. Sometimes it's funny, but far too often, it is devastating.

With so much fear and magic in one place, it's bound to get interesting.

. Despite the long awaited defeat of He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named, the structure of the Wizarding world was still crumbling beneath the pressure. Death Eaters scattered, loyalties questioned, and the grief that ran rampant through the heart of many, prevented the immediate change in Wizarding society. After years of danger the citizens of Wizarding Britain remained cautious and intimidated. Was He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named truly gone? Would he be able to rise again? Was the Wizarding World beyond repair? Could they dare to hope for the peaceful future that was long overdue? With Kingsley Shaklebolt as Minister of Magic and Harry Potter taking a spot among the Aurors, Witches and Wizards everywhere began to emerge from behind locked and warded doors: to slowly return the full lives that had become distant memories of the past. The economy flourished, population increased, and most importantly a peaceful atmosphere was finally established. It has been almost seven years since the passing of Tom Riddle. The Wizarding world has prospered, building upon the ruins of the old, but just as the past has been littered with war and heartache, so shall the future. As the year 2005 dawned on the Wizarding world, a new threat darkened the doorstep of the Wizarding world. It isn't Muggleborns or Half-bloods being targeted. Not this time. This time Purebloods are falling beneath the onslaught of discrimination. Threatening letters and words written in blood have appeared at several Pureblood homes and popular Wizarding establishments, all signed with the same cryptic signature.

The Society for the Destruction of Pureblood Supremacy is an organization of individuals who remember what it was like to be prosecuted for being born with Muggle blood flowing through their veins. These individuals find the new measures taken by the Ministry of Magic to be far more lenient than what they should be. Many died during the last war because their blood was not pure, and it is believed by SDPS that the only successful measure to prevent it from happening again is to remove the threat from the equation: the complete destruction of the Pureblood families. The Ministry of Magic has taken precautions and the Department of Magical Law Enforcement investigation in under full swing. Unfortunately, little is known about this organization. Their attacks are done by Muggle means, which leaves to room to trace a source of Magic. Letters continue to arrive and blood continues to be shed. The only way to stop the cycle is to find the source, but how long will it take to discover? Will it be too late?
