A new war. It is not what the Wizarding world truly needs, but it is what is underfoot. There is a new man in town with a goal that is not entirely sympathetic to anyone else’s needs. Damien Mendel aka He-Who-Must-Be-Feared, is a man who demands respect. He is a man who will pay any cost of getting his way.

Diagon Alley. Hogsmeade. The Ministry of Magic. All places that will go marked down in history as He-Who-Must-Be-Feared’s first places of attack. Innocent Muggles and Wizards have died and many more will follow. The Death Eaters are fiercely loyal and standing behind their new leader.

The Ministry of Magic has fallen prey to Must-Be-Feared and now it is impossible to trust anyone. Witches and wizards alike are looking over their shoulders, and Muggles everywhere are unsafe.

It is up to the Order of the Phoenix now. Harry Potter and those loyal to bringing back peace must fight once more in order to regain control.

[info]euphorialane, is a post-Hogwarts, post-war canon up to Half Blood Prince game, set in the year 2003 and combining the magical world of Harry Potter, with social expectations and appointments. Unlike other games based on a no-war environment, Euphoria Lane provides mod designated events on a local, national, and international scale, so there will always be a plot to follow, alongside in-depth character development. We've also made it very easy for new players to catch up!

We are looking for motivated and creative role-players, who are willing to put effort into making the Harry Potter world as real as possible, through quality writing and original storylines. If you're a player looking to explore individual depths and development for a character you love, we invite you to join us with your wit, irony, and maybe a little flash of skin.

In return, we'll tickle your fancy with monthly organized game activities, writing challenges, and a space to create and develop the magical world of Harry Potter. This is a game focused on character development and writing, run by experienced moderators and completely drama free.

Operation Redo is an AU Harry Potter game that combines the Trio and Marauders eras by sending twelve students from the books into the past. We've been around since 2004, but now that there won't be any more new canon to throw us for a loop, we've decided to start over with a clean slate. Therefore, we have many characters up for adoption (see below). The game is het/slash/femslash/adult content friendly, though we concentrate on plot rather than 'ships.

Harry Potter defeated the Dark Lord Voldemort in 1998. Finally, 5 long years later, the world finally seems at ease with peace. Everyone's moved on and Harry is beloved by the Wizarding World - well, most of them. The only thing left to do for this generation is live out the rest of their lives. Some however, may find that harder to do than they might have expected. No longer a world focused on fear and war, they must focus on their lives. Careers ahead of them, love lives, friendships and making it on their own. Few are fortunate enough to have family fortunes to live of off while most have to make their place in the world on their own...

What if the Prophecy that made Harry Potter the 'Boy who lived' hadn't been given to the Dark Lord? What if a falsified Prophecy had been passed to him instead?

The year is 1995, When Harry, Ron and Hermione return to Hogwarts. A few changes have been made to the staff over the summer, the most noticeable being the new Defense Against the Dark Arts Professor; A Mr. Tom Marvolo Riddle. His new post is widely questioned by the wizarding world; The man has been convicted of murders throughout the seventies, why would Dumbledore hire him to teach young children? Dumbledore simply plays it off saying that he has applied "twice before". That he has not been able to be convicted of anything. Mr. Riddle has, after all, been studying abroad since the 1980's, and is very knowledgeable on his subject.

After Harry Potter defeated You-Know-Who, the wizarding world moved on and started rebuilding their lives. And it wasn't long before the peoples lives were focused on the mundane parts of everyday life, and marriages and families started being formed.

Children of these marriages have now come to age, and had grown quite comfortable in their horror-free lives. But without warning, in the year 2030, a terrible disease swept the world, killing off almost the entire muggle population, and taking a few of the wizarding population as well.

Different countries took different approaches to dealing with the disease, and the United Kingdom instated a quarantine while they tried to figure out what to do. The people of Britain were locked up in their houses and places of work for 2 months, and have finally been released.

But not before hearing a terrible ultimatum that shocked the wizarding community. Ten days to find a suitable mate and present him or her to the ministry, or one would be chosen on their behalf.

Who will go along with this madness? Who will come forth with a match, only to have it rejected by the ministry? Who will try to band together and fight against the ministry's regulations?
