As of April 19, 2008, Operation Redo is now closed.
Directions:
Please take a gander at application guidelines first. Then fill out the application below and post it in this community. This is an open community, so you can join it and post your application right away -- preferably behind a cut tag. (The mods also reserve the right to delete and repost any applications that are not posted behind a cut tag, because they are usually quite long.)
If you do not have a journal on this website, you may also e-mail your application to operation_redo@yahoo.com. You will hear back from the mods within three days of submitting your application. If you are accepted, you will be given a journal name, a password, and instructions about what to do next.
If you would like to put a character on hold while you are working on the application, you can leave a comment here. The character will be held for one week. Note: Holds can be contested for exceptionally popular characters, and the mods will accept the best application, not necessarily the first submitted.
Biography: - At least 150 words. - Include information on character’s past, family history, etc. - What side is the character on? - What is going on in the character’s life before the game starts?
What was your character’s status before Dumbledore’s spell? (For example: James and Lily were dead by June of 1997, and Harry was lying on the ground, moaning in pain, etc., etc.)
Future Students: What does your character want to accomplish while in the past? Current Students: What does your character want to accomplish this year?

[Note: If you are already playing a character in Operation Redo and are applying for an additional character, you can disregard the remainder of the application, with the exception of the PB.]

Pop Quiz: Briefly answer the following to prove that you have read the Rules and FAQs. The rules are especially important, because any application that breaks one of the game's rules will be summarily rejected. (The rules that pertain to applications as well as game play are rules 3, 4, and 9).
1. When does this game take place?
2. How many Future Students are there?
3. How often should you post?
4. What is a Legens?
5. Where do you post letters from your character to someone else? (Click here for a hint.)
6. What should you do with your character’s journal if you decide to leave the game?
