What: Getting ready to go to Hogwarts for her first year.
When: Way the holy heck backdated to the last week in August.
Where: Diagon Alley for first year supplies.
Why: Because mum's love it when their little babies grow up and go off to school. And Dora needs a wand and robes and books and things.

Why: Cause you can't make a decision like that on your own when you have a family.
