Containment: An Original Roleplay: Network/Texts/Emails

Please, anyone reading this, if you have the opportunity and the means; Please bring any winter clothing down to Charlie's Grill on the West Side. There will be a donation box set up. We need jackets, hats, gloves, scarfs, socks. Anything that can help keep those who can't get warm enough a little bit warmer. Anything you have that's new or gently used...hell, even just used. It would mean the world to someone.

Baby stuff's also a major concern this time of year. Blankets, diapers, hats...ect.

Calling all crooners! I have challenged the enigmatic Miss Theo Sawyer to a karaoke battle. I may need reinforcements in the form of talented backup singers to help me in my quest to be crowned karaoke king. We will meet at the World's End pub in the West District at 8:30 this evening.

Bring money. This will be a charity fundraiser for the family of the man killed yesterday. While I have challenged Miss Sawyer in singing, I challenge all of YOU to be generous. Should we raise an obscene amount of money (and I truly hope we do), I will donate the excess to whatever charity receives the most votes from all of you.

Bring food. We'll be collecting non-perishable food stuffs for the families who have been unable to make it to work with the tram system out of commission due to the weather.

Finally, please be safe in your travels. Dress warmly and wear sensible shoes so you don't slip and fall like I did a few minutes ago. My backside is still sore.

I know I'm probably jumping the gun, but the guy's pretty freaked out and not gonna lie, so am I. I think we need to throw him a party. Or at least we need to all convene at the same spot and get blind drunk together. I'm not gonna sugarcoat it, that's it. I wanna get drunk, I don't wanna do it alone, I think Teddy needs a drink as much as I do, and if strippers happen then they happen. If not that's cool too.

He's gonna meet her tomorrow so depending on how that goes it's either a "hey congrats" party or a "hey sorry this is happening to you" party but either way, I say we party.

PS: Oh yeah I didn't mail this to Teddy because if it happens it's a surprise. I guess. That's what people do, right?

Today's news: I'm getting married.

I meet him tomorrow. That being said, I have a feeling I'll be in desperate need of a drink afterward, which could possibly lead to irrational panic and/or venting. I know it doesn't sound very exciting, but do you have tomorrow evening free?

I know it's not the most popular opinion, but I kinda dig what Maxwell Wallace is doing. I think the people without powers should have some sort of voice on the Council. I mean, yeah, the Council does a pretty good job of taking care of everyone, like the family of that guy who was killed, but we have a Council member for every cohort, so maybe we should have one for the people with no special abilities. I don't know. Just thinking. If we gave those people a voice, maybe the bandits would chill out. They could see that Haven's really nice and maybe work toward peace.

Such a terrible tragedy. I just turned on the news and heard about the man killed yesterday. Haven protects us from many things, but this weather simply can not be avoided. I'm comforted to see that the man's family is receiving exceptional care as they cope with this unavoidable loss. I have no doubt the community will come together to offer their support as well. And, if you're looking for a way to help, I've established a trust fund for the children. Contact me for details on how you can contribute. It's the very least we can do for our fellow citizens in a time of need.

4 o'clock and all is BORING AS HELL. All I can see is snow. Snow in EVERY DIRECTION. Far as the eye can see. Snow to the north, snow to the south, snow to the west, and BY GOD IF IT ISN'T SNOW TO THE EAST.

Nighttime duty on the wall isn't supposed to be this boring. I can't leave my post and my little space heater without freezing my tits off.
