The Quibblers float in during dinner -- but they aren't like other Quibblers. These are shaped like Christmas paper crowns, the sort you get out of a Christmas cracker. They are all colours and keep repeating "The Ministry wishes you happy holidays!". But when touched by a wand, they instantly turn into a Quibbler.
