[OOC Note: I am assuming that there would have been an order come down from the IC either off screen or in the journals, I just don't have time this morning to wait for a journal entry, so if you were going to do it, throw it up and I'll tag it when I have computer access again this evening]


When the order cam in to suppress the riots in Ottery, Fenrir would have rounded up his werewolves with a fair amount of glee because the idea of a bit of legitimate violence is one that he likes quite a bit. Between him and the fourth tier DE on duty, they have gotten the DA to Ottery then Fenrir would have issued his orders.

He would have told his wolves to try and talk the rioters down first (for appearances), if they didn't settle, then he would have told them they could use moderate force (again for appearances) then if the rioters fought back in anyway, they could use whatever force they liked. He would have told them no deliberate killing ('accidental' killing is another matter entirely) and to arrest anyone they think might be a ringleader for the riots. Then he would have sent them off.

Of course given that riots often get out of hand pretty quickly once the law arrives, whether or not the wolves follow those orders is up for debate.
