Absolution: OOC

I just want to say that I love Romilda. Also love the fun she has with Peter. Like trying to convince him to get naked.

I've been trying to think of something embarr... well, not embarrassing just something unexpected to happen to him. Although I did just think it'd be hilarious if at the 'shindig' Rom and Vic are having, where Peter is waiting on them, that they somehow convince (or dare) him to get naked or almost there... aaaaand then Henry walks into the common room.

*cackles evilly*

So Awesomely Modly One said we can discuss here the hilarity that shall be Romilda interrupting Declan and Su's happy time *giggles*.

Er at the moment all I know for sure is that it's sometime this weekend... so... yeah

apologies to my fellow players for lack of posts from moi.

started classes for my graphic design course (Design Fundamentals.... so mostly learning how Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver(widdle bit of web design happening) work - alongside other classes like Colour Theory, History and there's a drawing class.) on monday just gone... and ugh i'm just zonked. i think it's a combo of not being used to early night/early rise and looking at monitors all the time... and these are like ginormous macs! HUGE!! they're the 27" iMacs. also it's very confusing, since i'm a PC user... and the commands are all different :( ...but so far i'm enjoying the course.

anyway being so tired i've just not had the energy for RP at the moment... but I should be good after tomorrow, since classes are only Mon/Tues/Wed and by the following week hopefully won't be walking around like a zombie. :/

in other news: http://mayonegg.insanejournal.com/69539.html is the closest i've gotten to finding a suitable male PB for Su for the genderswap plot. only the age group is 20s... then again in november this game year she turns 20 (late birthdays yo) sooo... maybe. although he's korean, not chinese... and it's mostly his expressions that made me think 'omg su! ...as a boy.'

i'm a horrible player. have been terribly distracted by rl stuff and playing Guild Wars >.>.

...and of course it's now all in the right place.

So Su runs into some of that Friday the 13th bad luck and ends up stuck in the second floor girl's loo. Sadly she didn't have her journal with her at the time... even worse she only had the company of one rather weepy Moaning Myrtle floating about. FOR TWO WHOLE HOURS!!!

Until some kind soul finally heard her cries for help (she would've been yelling out whenever she thought she heard someone passing by in the corridors). Because even though she tried Alohamora and whatever other charms she could think of the stupid door still wouldn't unlock.

So.... who wants to have been the one to rescue Su (since we can't always have Declan be her rescuer)?

Julie here with character #2 (FINALLY!): Allegra Flint.

Her Mum is Kate Winslet and her daddy is Colin Firth... She's the other 7th year prefect for Slytherin, she can be kind of bossy - she likes getting her own way, hates society parties - boring, she can be kind of moody sometimes... but she's actually pretty darn loyal to family and if you happen to be a close friend. Speaking of family, her older brother is (quite obviously) Marcus Flint, her Dad works in the Dept. Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures (alongside her maternal uncle), her Mum is the younger sister of Amos Diggory - making Marcus and Allegra cousins to Cedric (and his younger brother Eustace) - and her Mum's a housewife/philanthropist.

Allegra was actually pretty close to Cedric, and he was one of the few people who managed to not only put up with her but also get her to not be so bossy/moody/spoiled etc. And she's still just as close to Eustace and tries to keep an eye on him and all... and thanks to her cousins and that side of the family she kind of has a soft spot for Hufflepuffs. So people are probably surprised by that.

School-wise, Allegra isn't part of any of the clubs; her best class is CoMC (don't want to disappoint the family) - but still managed a couple E's and mostly A's on the rest of her owls and she's also continued on with Divination, because it seemed like an easy class... plus she did really well at it apparently.

As for the last year, despite being a part of the IS she didn't go around cursing anyone or doing any torturing, the worst she did was probably send you to the Trouble Table or try and give as easy a detention as possible - it wasn't like she wanted to get caught and end up in the same boat.

Oh, she also made sure Rachel Cooper got back to Hufflepuff safely this one time. Not that she knew her name until the hearings.

This year she's probably still very much the same Allegra she's always been, but perhaps a little subdued towards the beginning of the new school year. She's still pretty O_O about still being prefect, but she's not complaining.

So friends, enemies, frenemies, people who just possibly hate her on principle, possible ex-dates to hogsmeade (no serious boyfriends for her... the longest was probably a week or so?)

i totally didn't get to do anything for Su's birthday which was on the 3rd.

anyway whether she organised it herself or whatever, there would've been a small party with friends and whomever. um apart from that i don't know what really happened (my brain being fried with info of other characters)..

so um yeah... >.>

Goodness knows I've been a slacker, and in typical fashion I'm leaving this to the last minute. Which is the story of my life...

Anyway for those who signed up for the Trelawney Predicts Crazy Stuff (nb: may or may not have been predicted under the influence of sherry), I was looking to see if any of you were after something not necessarily specific-like but something of a kick (for me) in the right direction as to what you want to happen. ...hoping that made sense. Also the other main reason for my asking what you sorta want for your characters is because I possibly dont know them as well as I do... and nobody likes having an angry mob after them lol.

So those who signed up are (lovingly c+p from nentari's journal from when we chatted about it. hoorah!): Molly Carmichael (Hayley), Mei Chang (Dawn), Bernice Dunstan (Elle), Seamus Finnigan (Kate), Sarah Quick (Nathalie), Evan Vaisey (Alison) and Nigel Winstanley (Heather).

Just wanting to apologise to everyone for my flakiness and lack of activity. I just seem to have trouble concentrating when I get these dang headaches (which at times feel like a freakin jackhammer and others just a dull pressure). Anyway I promise I'll try and pick my game up this week.

Speaking of, nentari (...i wish i could just say Patricia, but lol I just associate you with your cdj name too much), we can get a start on the log for Declan/Su sometime this week if you like? Hey all, Julie here with her first (and for now only... i hope so) character, Su Li!

I'm gonna do this in bullet points because I suck at intro posts. My brain just goes 'blah' when it comes to them, lol.

• Wasn't a part of DA, but tried to do her best at helping other students out.
  
• ...doing an imitation of Alecto Carrow probably didn't help get her any brownie points. >.>
  
• Took part in the battle as part of the aerial strikes.
  
• Injuries included few broken bones, a little scarring from curses and a bad concussion after her fall.
  
• She's half-Scottish and half-Chinese, grew up in Scotland (which is why she has a scottish accent).
  
• Also bilingual, thanks to her heritage and all.
  
• Isn't your typical booksbooksknowledgeknowledge Ravenclaw; likes dancing and parties.
  
• Has an irrational fear of frogs. Seriously, she doesn't even like Chocolate Frogs.
