Hi everyone! Hayley again with my third, Gryffindor prefect and former IS member Tristan Spinnet. And as he's still a prefect, you can assume that he wasn't too naughty last year, but feel free to hate on him anyway.

here, but basically he's a well-meaning and decent - if somewhat standoffish and serious - sort, and you can pretty much see why McGonagall picked him as a prefect. He was very much a reluctant IS member last year, joining because he felt like he should to look out for his housemates, and also to ease the pressure on friend and fellow prefect Victoria Frobisher from joining. He also had a very complicated family situation back home, with his Muggleborn sister-in-law being outed and the authorities threatening to remove his nephew from the family's custody. Thus it was suggested to him that he ought to do his best to stay on the good side of the Carrows at school. Oh, and most importantly, his big sister Alicia was killed by Cornelius Burke during the Battle of Hogwarts.
He's aware that some people will hate him by association (he's looking at you, Naomi Mundy), but at the moment he's more "dead sister + sad face" than worrying about what anyone thinks of him. So haters may not get much of a reaction, unless they're people he was good friends with previously and who he assumed would show more generosity towards him.
And plots! I want 'em. :)
