If we were to use portkeys, we can probably get people out of here without anyone noticing, at least not quickly enough to stop us. Of course, they will notice and patrols will start in earnest.

So we have two options:

1. We use the portkeys and hope that people can idea.
2. We use the portkey for all non military/powered/wizards and anyone who wants stays around to level this place to the ground. A plan would be contingent on who stays.

Sabrina or Loki, do you have spell that can short circuit the machines? Like an EMP spell? If you do, and can cast it every 2 minutes, we can open the doors of the camp and leave without anyone knowing anything. Of course, I don't know what patrol is like out there.

Everyone else, stay ready. We'll have a plan soon.

The 'soup' has been adjusted with an unheavenly amount of protein powder, as has the bread. Neither time I conjured seemed to attract attention.

I stuffed some extra bread in my pocket, so if anyone likes, I can make them into whatever treat you want. Also, Salem found a den with a few scrawny jackals or hyenas or coyotes, I couldn't tell which from his description. If anyone wants the coordinates, let me know.

I do realize such communication should be kept to a minimum.
So I will be brief.

How are we proposing we deal with the people we save once we save them?
Knowing then that a magical portal saved them. Thereby introducing magic to a people who do not have it. How will that knowledge affect their rebellion? Will it aid them or lead them down paths that will lead them into ruin?

Butterfly effect, anyone?

Has any of that been discussed at all? If so why haven't we heard any news of it?

I doubt very much I have mastered enough to astral project fully to talk face to face. More or less, however that works. I can I believe project my voice into that head of yours, should you want to talk. You might need to lead on that. It might help prevent any mishaps in the attempt. Should you wish it.

Everyone:

Each of you should have a package of pills in your vests. It's vitally important that you take one of those pills per day. It will protect your thyroid gland from one form of radioactive contamination. When we reach our destination, they should have decontamination facilities and protocols that will help us avoid contamination from other radioactive materials.

If there are wizards or witches here familiar with radiation-shielding spells, we'll need those as soon as possible. If there are none, it would be wise for us to see if we can create something that's easy to cast on everyone.

Today, the group will train at the gym from 8:30 to 9:30 and then in the holodeck from 9:30 to 12:30.

The reason I'm texting everyone is because from 9:30 to 11:30 the holodeck will be a shooting range. Even if you don't normally train with us, if you want to learn to shoot or practice if you already know how, you are free to join us.
