PACK YOUR MOTHERFUCKIN BAGS
LAST TIME ON ROADMAPS...characters have battled vampires in Romania, acquired a diadem that they promptly lost, visited Peru were the Death Eaters acquired Tom Riddle’s Diary, and all the Order got was a lousy t-shirt Peruvian by the name of Jose Carlos, and engaged in epic battles during the full moon. Characters are currently headed/just arriving in New Orleans after the third Horcrux.

ROADMAPS
Roadmaps is a Mauraders Era RPG centered around the hunt for the Horcruxes. This time, the Horcruxes have been scattered across the globe and a mad scramble has erupted between the Order, Death Eaters, and Ministry to reach the Horcruxes first (with journalists trailing behind) before Voldemort can return. Roadmaps is a largely AU game, exploring what could have happened had things gone differently after the Marauders' graduation...

2006. After years of war and rebuilding, Wizarding Great Britain has finally moved on... sort of. Old prejudices still die hard, after all. School rivalries still ring true, pureblood supremecists still hold their ideals close, and muggleborn rights activists still fight for equality. Though we may not get along, like it or not, we're all still connected.

Six Degrees has an incredibly active and diverse cast of characters, and our goal with the game is to explore the connections between them, especially the not so obvious ones. Rivalries may always exist, even long after Hogwarts is over, but without those House colors to define you, will you still so quickly judge those you meet?

We have been around since mid-December 2010, and have been growing ever since! There aren't complicated game histories to catch up on, and no lengthy reading before you can even think of applying. We're a group of dedicated writers who simply enjoy playing, and we're looking for more people to join us!

We offer many open storylines before you even join the game- just look at our wanted post! Everything from original character siblings to quidditch players and team owners, from healers to Daily Prophet writers! Do you have an idea of a character in mind, but not sure who they'd be? They called the generation following the Second World War "The Baby Boomers". They were supposed to make the world a better place, and free from tyranny, a new hope for the world. However, like most things in this world no matter how hard you try, bad things happen. The Second Wizarding War came and went, destroying just about everything in its path. Heroes rose, villains fell, sacrifices were made all in the name of justice. After the fall of the Dark Lord, and the Second War, it was only natural that the trends from the past continue. Those who had survived carried on, rebuilt, to pass the torch down to their children, a new generation that seemed to spring out of the ashes.

This new generation, the Boomer Generation as they're now being called, was raised with the hope that they'd be able to create a new world, a better one, one that wouldn't fail into the habits of old, to stop the cycle. However, it isn't just the heroes from the Second War with this mindset. It can be said for those on the fallen side as well. For the children of the defeated have been growing with their own ideas to correct the mistakes of the past, becoming more powerful everyday and the time is growing closer, steadily gaining supporters and slowly building terror in a world that was supposed to be different...

They say it's paved with good intentions ….

On April 20, 1979 an owl arrived in the office of one Albus Dumbledore. The note was unsigned, but read, "He's created Horcruxes. Find them. Destroy them. End this." Dumbledore--unsurprised by the findings--presented the information to the young members of his rebellion. The Order of the Phoenix had two options: either hunt down the Horcruxes, or find another way to defeat the Dark Lord.

It’s the year 990 and Helga Hufflepuff, Salazar Slytherin, Godric Gryffindor, and Rowena Ravenclaw have just established what would come to be known, in time, as the great school of Hogwarts. At the moment, the school is going nowhere, because the founders can’t seem to agree on anything. Right in the middle of an argument, however, a large group of very strange-looking witches and wizards suddenly appear, claiming to all be students or staff of Hogwarts.

Among these students are Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger, and many of their friends. But also among them are Rose Weasley, Albus Severus Potter, Lily Evans, Peter Pettigrew…all of them snatched from their own times at Hogwarts and deposited in this time. Now, they are being forced to interact with their own pasts and futures. With no way known to get back to their own times, how will they survive in the past?
