Who: Rogue and Kurt
What: Loki's spell wears off
When: Tomorrow
Where: Rogue's cell
Warnings: Kurt get's hurt but it isn't gory
Initially, Rogue wasn't thrilled with Loki's spell. It left so many people vulnerable and the two that had immediately come to mind had been Logan and Laura. She knew that they could take care of themselves but one slip up could cost them everything when they couldn't heal. She hadn't let herself think about it too much, however, not if she didn't want to worry herself sick. Instead, she chose to focus on what the spell meant for her.
Once Rogue had been certain that the spell had worked on her abilities just like everyone else's, she hadn't been able to resist taking advantage of it. She took to walking around the prison without her gloves and in shirts that had short or no sleeves at all. It was such a small thing but it felt completely liberating. She tried not to show it but having a power like hers was exhausting. She was constantly checking her clothes to make sure not an inch of skin aside from her face and neck was bared and was always mindful when she brushed up against people. She couldn't afford to be careless, not if she wanted to live among people. That was one of the reason's why she had left Bobby and the group she'd been traveling with after her powers had come back. Rogue had grown far too used to being able to run her fingers over Bobby's neck or hugging the others when a pronounced sense of loneliness suddenly overcame them. Basically, she hadn't trusted herself not to hurt them. It was only when she thought that she could handle living with people again, did she seek out the prison.
With Loki's spell in place, all of that fell to the wayside. Rogue probably was one of the few that walked around with a smile on her face, hell, she'd even laughed a few times when she'd bumped into people and was able to walk away without panicking. It had put her in such a good mood, she thought that maybe she'd actually show up for the Halloween party she'd read about on the net. It wouldn't hurt to be a little more sociable and so Rogue had bitten the bullet and sent Kurt a message about maybe making a costume for her. Now was the safest time to take her measurements. She waited for him in her cell wearing jeans and a tanktop.
