Kurt couldn't imagine a more welcome phrase than 'i'd like to hear you singing something'. That was pretty much the best compliment she could have paid him and he glowed with the thought of honoring her with a song. In fact he was going to do just that once they were done talking here. Maybe he'd sing while he worked, he was fond of doing that anyway. His voice, both talking and singing, might be unconventionally high for a boy but he was born with it and he had to be proud of it. Plus he was positive he wielded it well as anyone could. He'd never take back his ability to sing the female parts of Wicked.
"We will! For sure!" she went on that she couldn't sing and he nodded "Well we all know ourselves pretty well but if you ever want a second opinion..." He moved closer and she took hold of his wrist. He didn't think anything of it either. Even if he knew what her powers were he was in the same boat she was...he hadn't checked out the net all day. He'd been too busy putting costumes together and hanging out with Rachel to bother with the network. Later when he found out what happened he will have wished he had. The second her hand touched his wrist he felt a sensation that he'd never experienced before. In the split second he had before the feeling took over any thoughts he had, he wondered if he was having a heart attack like his dad.
He felt his own eyes go wide and his teeth gritted against the sudden feeling of being heavy. Of being drained. It felt like electricity ran through his body, he couldn't move away even if he wanted to and then the next thing he knew everything went black. She let him go and he slipped to the ground.
