I never thought I'd like being back on a farm but it's strangely pleasing. I only wish the circumstances weren't so dire as to make it necessary.

If anyone would like to help out a little, the last of the onions need to come up before they turn. It's hard work, but I find it takes the mind off of other problems and I figure some people could use a little distraction right now...

We're treating Katherine and Elijah to a celebratory dinner one night this week if they're free. And unless you are dying you will be there.

I went ahead and confirmed our reservation for September 1 - 13. If we keep these reservations we'll leave late on the 31st. And our return flight will be in the evening of the 13th. Unless of course we use magic to transport us. But I will leave how we get to the island up to you both.

Tomorrow I leave for Paris, France. My one last trip before the school year starts.

I'll be leaving in the morning to go to Paris for a week with Katherine, but before I go, I want to say something.

I know it probably isn't the best time to stay it, but I feel it needs to be said. We can't let things fester.

Probably shouldn't have snapped. But he was being delibrately insulting. I honestly don't understand how Alex can consider someone like  that a friend when she has people like Tom in her life. And the sad thing is, I expect she'd go to Kol with problems first, because he'd tell her what she wants to hear, tell her its none of her fault and its all on me.

I hate so few people. But he truly has become one of them.
