Are there any ways to magic his soul so it doesn't destroy him? I mean, I'm sure that's been discussed somewhere away from where I can see, but...you know. Throwing it out there just in case.

And bar that, does he need his soul or a soul? Because if it's the latter, couldn't you find one suitable for the job? Or is that plan entirely too amoral for you all to get behind?

Right. So this has gotten a bit out of control.
