Every time I think I can handle being here in Lawrence with Khan he shows his asshole side and I want to throttle him. I swear, I want to punch him in the face a few times but I know all that will get is him mocking me and a sore hand. Please, someone talk me out of attempting to do it anyway.

I've found the perfect building. It needs a lot of work but it's got lots of space and it's in a great location.
