Well, it's good to know I'm not going bankrupt. A little odd to hear about it on the news. |

I do love the tail end of winter; pouring rains, winter breezes, and unexpected snows. It is days like today that I appreciate knowing how to fly a helicopter. |

It occurs to me that perhaps purposely distancing myself from most of humanity has left me ill-equipped to deal with people.
A humongous shock, I'm sure. There was an audible gasp when I wrote that.
It is difficult to behave otherwise, though. Learning to trust is quite the feat. Though I have some help, a large portion of it must be done on my own time, in my own way.
And I have no clue where to start. It has been quite some time since I've felt so confused. But it's a confusion I relish. The confusion of having to make my own choices instead of being led by an idiot who wishes to be the messiah of a people who need only be shown that there is something human in all of us.
This is a strange time, and a strange world. But that fits with my nature, I suppose. |

Arg. Life is getting a little crazier than I particularly like.
But at least it's still a harmless crazy. I can deal with harmless crazy.
Maybe I'll take a week off, see how things go. Bruce, John, Scott, think you guys can manage? I'll be within reach if you need me. |

You know, of all the things I've done, the most painful has to be stubbing a toe. Who designed these appendage things to be all faulty and prone to being whacked?
Owwwwww. |
