Alecto Carrow had the house elves post the pairings for each group on the common room bulletin boards. Additionally, there was an announcement at breakfast (and a quick re-iteration at lunch) that students should check board if they had not.

Attention Students: We will be having a mock Wizengamot trial during the following school week. Many of you have been assigned roles and will be expected to perform them to the best of your ability. Each of the accused has been given a crime that they are meant to have committed. The prosecution must attempt to prove that they have done the crime while the defense will try to acquit them of all charges.

Use your imaginations to develop a lively court case as younger years will have the opportunity to watch and learn. The trials will begin on Wednesday after dinner.
