Time:01:17 am
Who: Jack and Maggie
Where: Maggie’s House
When:After midnight

Maggie didn’t know when Jack would show, but she expected it to be before midnight. When the clock struck twelve, she turned out the lights, washed her face, put on her pjs, and crawled into bed. Maybe he’d forgotten or gotten tied up elsewhere. She knew he was a busy guy, that he wasn’t the sort she needed to invest in, but it was so easy to be drawn in. Jack made her feel special, like she was the only girl he had eyes for, and while she wanted that to be true, she seriously doubted that was the case. Maggie drifted off into a fitful sleep, worrying in her dreams of other reasons Jack might not have shown.

Who: Darcy and Eily
Where: Eily's house
When: after school

Darcy had headed straight for her cousin’s after school. Sure, there was a chance that Aidan was there, but there was also a chance he was at work or still screwing around with Sylvia, which was why Darcy was calling in the big guns. It was time to talk to Eily. Letting out a deep breath, she knocked on the door and hoped this didn’t blow up in her face. Aidan would likely be pissed, but Darcy needed to know someone else wasn’t completely behind this or putting on blinders and pretending like if it didn’t get talked about, it didn’t exist.

Eily had been waiting, totally not sure what was driving Darcy to talk to her, but glad she was. So, she had the door open right away for the girl. "Hi," she greeted. "C'mon in, no one's home." Aidan still wasn't around, and who knew where Lochlan went. She'd thought the other day that he was done with his silly 'I'm leaving' thing, since he'd come back and everything, but now he was gone again so clearly she'd been wrong there.

Subject:The Graceful Ghost Girl and The Bartender Therapist
Time:11:47 pm
Who: Gin and Ember
Where: Gin’s Shop
When: Later mid day

Ember had a steady stream of mixed emotions that coursed through her for the entirety of the morning and right into the afternoon. She had connected with Cody in a way she thought she had lost the moment she died, but what good was that to her if she was going to feel irrevocably attached and guilty for it? Even as a ghost, she couldn't fight that emotional bond that formed after having sex with someone. As much as she would love to be that girl who could sleep with whoever she wanted without giving a second thought to them afterwards, she didn't seem to be blessed with that frame of mind. Or maybe it was because she had only slept with her fiance before Cody. Either way, she was lonely and upset and didn't know what to do other than try to distract herself. She had done a decent enough job of it within the town square, wandering in and out of shops until she found herself staring at a painting of the ghostly, brooding man she was trying not to think about. She brought a hand up to her rest against her forehead, pale fingers hiding beneath the bangs of her short, blonde hair.

Gin's door, open in spite of the weather, had failed to give her the little bell jingle of an announcement that someone was there. That and she was so distracted with her new painting that she herself failed to hear anything. It wasn't until she wandered out into the gallery to check a detail in one of the paintings hung there that she realized there was someone in her shop. "Hi," she called pleasantly, brushing hair from her cheek and wiping a smudge of cody's hair color across it. "Are you looking for something in particular or are you just browsing?" she asked with a smile. She wiped her hands on her smock and took it off, tossing it behind the counter. "Sorry about the lights," she indicated a couple that were burst. She hadn't yet replaced them since Cody had popped them earlier. Then she looked around at the nightmarish landscapes, all different and all featuring Cody in some way or another.

Time:12:59 am
Who: Cody and Gin
Where: encore
When: mid day

Gin was of a mind to sketch and paint and generally explore the nightmares she’d been having. There were canvases back to back and some that hung on the walls of her shop were of hellish, nightmare landscapes. And always, through the midst of the chaos, like a savior or protagonist (antagonist?) of a story, Cody walked in smoke and ash and fire. Immortalized by Gin’s strange need to capture him over and over again since their first interaction. She’d spent a great deal of time thinking over that meeting, wondering if he wasn’t lurking just behind her or around every corner she turned. She was almost exhausted from the constant paranoia but not quite. She was in the throes of creating a grand scene of what looked like it could have been right out of the book of Revelation. Cody included. Dark, visceral, and fairly obviously indicative of an obsessive mindset.

Cody didn't know what else to do with his time, especially after the stupid whirlwind that was his debacle with Ember. So he'd been wandering. Eventually, he came across that redhead's shop, and wandered in through a back wall, and was silently looking around the place.

He blinked as he came face to face...with himself. And as he looked around, he saw him kind of everywhere. Or at least a lot of places. He looked for her, not alerting her to his presence yet, though he knew his presence would unnerve her the closer he got.

Subject:More Than Just A Vice
Time:08:54 pm
Who: Lance and Zania
Where: Zan & Clementine’s House
When: Pre-dawn
Warnings: NSFW

Banished to the couch, Lance had eventually fallen asleep, mostly out of boredom than anything else. He wanted to head back to Zania’s room, but he had a feeling that Clementine might make rounds, just to make sure that Lance was where he belonged, so he stayed put. And by morning he was out cold, one arm over his eyes, blanket twisted around his feet, shirt pushed up his stomach.

Zania came in just before dawn, tired from a night of working, but not quite wound down yet. She’d had a lot on her mind, but it was better than most nights, and she thought that maybe, if she worked at it, she could turn a new leaf. She started to head back towards her room when she noticed Lance on the couch sleeping. Dropping her bag by the door, she came over to the couch and looked down at him with a small smile. That stomach was too tempting not to touch and she lightly ran her fingers over his skin, aware of how much cooler she was than him.

The cool touch had Lance jolting out of sleep, waving towards whatever was touching him to get it to go away. “God damn ghost, no!” He blinked twice before realizing it was Zania and dropping back on the couch. “Thank god.”

Who: Jyoti and Mickey
Where: Jyoti’s shop/house
When: Late morning

Mickey had a full day ahead of him, even after a shorter night’s sleep than he would have liked. It was one thing to be exhausted, but thoughts had drug him from dreams again and again and in the end it was a fitful night at best. He was doing like he always did putting his head down and focusing on work and not wondering where Lily was or if December would ever speak to him again. She certainly wouldn’t consider him a possible interest that was for sure, and he wasn’t even sure if she’d want to stay the kind of friends that actually spoke to one another or just the ones that knew each other. He wasn’t thinking on it now though, focusing on work instead, making appointments for fixing things around the dome, but knowing he had a stop to make first. Zania was owed something for her bar for being so good to him, which meant he was determined to do a good job.

Armed with drawings and ideas, he pedaled his way towards Jyoti’s shop, knowing it’d be an interesting experience as it always was with the woman, but despite her nature, she did good work and could be relied on for that. Leaving his bike outside he let himself into the studio, looking around. “Jyoti?”

Who: Lia and Open
When: Late afternoon
Where: The market

Lia was woefully behind on stocking up her cupboards with groceries. She had realized it after having very little to make for breakfast for Riley and Sophia the morning before, so after school she headed down to the market to grab a few things. She knew the ranch's kitchen was probably full of food, but that was exactly her home yet, and she knew Riley's housekeeper often cooked for him.

She carried a basket around, grabbing some meat and fish for potential meals that week. It was at least a way to pass the time before the barn dance that night, which she still wanted to invite Riley to. Sophia would be excited, and it definitely had that family feel to it. Lia got to the produce and began to search for some of the fruit that Sophia liked. She was lost in thought, barely paying attention when she pulled a couple of apples from a bin, causing another handful to tumble down the pile, onto the ground. Lia cursed softly and quickly knelt down, setting her basket on the ground beside her, trying to snatch the few that rolled out of reach.

Subject:Trying Not To Overthink It
Time:11:47 pm
Who: Noah and Mickey
When: Late morning
Where: Counter at Eatzy's

Noah had skipped first period with Darcy, slept in with her, kissed her, and gone before she got dressed for second period. He thought about going to school but it seemed so pointless at the moment. Plus the teachers were expecting him to be out this week for the most part anyway. He'd set that up so he could find Sylvia. But she was found now and he was relieved at least that she was safe. Not dead somewhere. He was frustrated with the situation and not sure about dinner with the O'Reillys either. Too much was happening in his head so he decided to skip school and go get something to eat. Be somewhere he didn't have to think too much if he didn't want to.

Sitting at the counter in Eatzy's, Noah ordered something hot and greasy and strong, black coffee. Caffeine helped him focus and sometimes brought down the raging headache that he always seemed to have. He started doodling on a napkin as he waited for his food. Sipping coffee and writing ideas for the program he wanted to develop with Audrey for orphans in Delphi. And writing strategies for surviving the O'Reilly dinner with his balls still attached to his body. He wasn't going to say he was scared but it was one of those things he was going to do purely because Darcy wanted him to. Sometimes you do things you might not normally want to do when you're addicted to something or someone. And he was very much addicted to Darcy.

Who: Justin and Riley
Where: Eatzy's
When: Morning

It was Mrs. Haggerty's day off and Riley wanted breakfast that didn't taste like a third grade home ec disaster so he took himself down to Eatzy's. He knew Justin was sometimes around and he wanted to catch the guy for a bit of shop talk too so it worked out well that he had a reason to eat too. The past couple days since the full moon had been strange for him. Lia was a werewolf but she wasn't a monster. Sophia and he had bonded quite a bit but the little girl still had no idea he was her father. And there was the ever simmering pot of jealousy and frustration over Lia's every mention of running off to Micah to fix all her problems and answer all her questions.

Subject:Confrontations
Time:03:36 pm
Who: Darcy & Noah
When: Wee hours of the morning
Where: Darcy & Avery’s house

Noah had, against his better judgment, gone into the woods again. It hadn’t been purposeful, he’d been thinking and, lost in thought, he’d found himself on auto-pilot, checking every clearing and dark rock outcropping large enough for someone to hide inside. By the time he realized what he was doing, he’d also realized he was lost. He’d texted Darcy to let her know he’d not be home at a good hour, just because she’d worried about him the last time. That was another thing too. He was worried this time. Because he wasn’t sure what she was going to say when he talked to her about Liam.

He pinpointed the north star in the sky above the dome and followed it back into town. He bee-lined home but Darcy wasn’t there. He sat on the edge of his bed, wondering if she was avoiding him. Well to hell with that. He showered, put on fresh clothes, and made his way to Darcy and Avery’s place. He knew he looked like a stalker, avoiding the front door and moving around the side of the house, but he figured Darcy would vouch for him if a neighbor took issue. While he walked that way he picked up a few tiny pebbles and as soon as he was near her window he pinged them against the window pane, careful not to make enough noise to rouse neighbors or Avery. Then he waited to see if Darcy’s face would appear.
