Harry waited nervously. 'Love' was a risk; 'care' had panicked Severus before.

Severus stiffened, eyes wide. He looked shocked, suspicious. Harry hoped it was the chocolate, not his words. Severus shot up; slamming the box down he left the room.

Should he go after him? Perhaps give him some time…

Severus rushed back, finger pointing. "I don't know what you're doing, Potter, but if you think flowers and chocolates will make me fall into your arms, you're mistaken. I will not be played for a fool!"

That said, he became a whirlwind of black. He opened the front door. "Leave."
