Today, I'm sharing art inspired by a fantastic series of drabbles written by lariopefic for the first round of snape_ldws, which focused on the Seven Deadly Sins. You can find the drabbles on AO3. I think Wrath may be my favorite, but I'll probably change my mind repeatedly, as I often do when gifted with so much well-written Snape because I'm already shifting back to Envy. These drabbles have provided me a wonderful burden!

Well, it's Friday (at least, it is here in the land of Oz, I'm not so sure about the Northern Hemisphere!) so I'm going to shamelessly rec my brand-new DeviantArt gallery. It's a little light on the Harry Potter fanfics there at the mo, but I'm busily uploading, and *of course* I started with our fave Professor! It's here, if anybody wants to go and have a look:

The fanfics are in Folder 2, the other work is my original story "The Miyatsu Project" and some fanart that goes with it from various artists.

I had little idea just how many fanfics I've written over the past few years, a lot of them with the wonderful SS as a central character; so I'm working my way through slowly, checking and weeding out any typos, etc. and uploading.

So, I have a Friday Rec for you all (it IS Friday in the Northern Hemisphere now, isn't it? Only it's Saturday noon here in Oz). I stumbled across this artist in Snapedom, and loved her depiction of Severus. To me, he looks to be in his late teens, and the expression on his face makes me think he's beginning to doubt he should have joined the Death Eaters. Here's the link for you:

Firstly, I would like to thank everyone who entered. The pictures were a joy to look at, and as I have mentioned before, it's going to be tough for me to pick a winner - truly.
Secondly, my thanks to those who took time to comment on the entries. All artists love feedback and it's always exciting to receive a comment on your art.
I have yet to decide who the winner is, but it will be in approx 24 hours.
In the meantime, here's a review of the entries so that we can see them all together. Of course, this is assuming I don't screw up the links, which I will undoubtedly do based on past efforts, so advance apologies for that. It doesn't help that I'm slightly tanked.

Artist's Notes: For BohemianSpirit, who wrote a series of wonderful Snape/OFC fics that soothed my heart post DH. In Light Through the Cracks, Severus has a secret life, unbeknownst to all the wizarding world, until his eldest gets her letter for Hogwarts. In Knowing Jack, Harry describes her nose as "unfortunate." I have tried to make her both Snapey and pretty. Actually, the real challenge was to draw Severus as pleased and a proud father!

This is only about 6 months late. **hangs head** BohemianSpirit, I hope you enjoy it as much as I loved your stories, and making this drawing.
