Mr. Osmond played Jim Courtney, Michael Long's former partner in S3's Knight's of the Fast Lane. His other television credits include The Twilight Zone, The Rifleman, Batman, and The Flying Nun.
He was also an acting teacher, who had classes and workshops throughout the country.
Mr. Osmond was 75 years old.
