He went out to get some things and he hasn't returned and I'm really quite concerned. Those Angels are still about and I'm worried something has happened to him.

[ the sound of a laser beam followed by stone shattering rattles through several times as the sound of someone staggering around and tripping over things in the process accompanies it. ] What in the hell?! What kind of twisted individual floods a place full of people with those things? [ another spark of a laser before there's a violent sputtering ] No, no, no, no, no, don't quit on me now.

Oh. No. [ whispers to himself ] Five down, two left. Don't move. Don't breath. Don't blink.

( For once, Charley sounds less than composed. In fact, she sounds freaked out and more than a little scared )

What are these things? They're not...I've never seen anything like this...

( There is a strain to her voice as she continues )

I'm holding them back, but I can't keep them that way indefinitely and I'm not certain I can get away like this. I have to keep my eyes closed to keep a hold on them. But if I lose my grip...

( She takes a shaky breath. )

( OOC: Since the Stone Angels only exist when they're not seen, Charley can only use her telepathy to hold them back when she has her eyes closed, just to clarify in case anyone was confused. )

I haven't the faintest idea how a tree got into the flat, but I'm quite impressed by whoever left it. It must have been quite difficult to get the lights into a double helical structure. It certainly had to have taken a lot of work.

Doctor, it appears they had a fondness for you as well. While I can't speak to the significance of every ornament, one resembles your ship.

I really do enjoy the winter weather, but I do wish the holidays would come sooner. My students are getting more and more restless and getting them to focus is not unlike herding cats. I'll be relieved when winter break comes. I haven't the patience for teaching. I belong in a lab, not a classroom. Oh, if James could see me now.

Question. Will there be Christmas? If so, I propose, Doctors, that we start preparing now for the disaster followed by running.

I love a good snow. It reminds me so much of home, even if it usually started later in the year there.

I can't say I care as much for the video I received. I glanced at it and, apparently, I'm meant to be a man in the "correct" version of reality. Honestly, I think that's utterly ridiculous.
