Some day I will stop making excuse-laden OOC posts about why I'm behind. Today is not that day.

Rather than subject you all to everything, if you want the details you can click here, but the upshot is that this month has been a roller coaster of highs and lows that have me all out of sorts.

OKAY. This is Jen with #5 - Margo Hanson from The Magicians. This is entirely Becky's fault.

Margo is A Lot. She swears constantly and is very blunt. She also takes no shit from anyone. PLEASE don't hesitate to poke me OOC if she's ever too much for you/your character.

She's coming in from the end of 4x10 which is after she's gone on a quest in the desert, liberated an entire population of women from a bunch of misogynistic douchebags, and earned herself some sweet axes. Like Eliot, she is a classically trained magician and like Fen, she is a werewolf, which is a sexually transmitted disease in The Magicians verse (this show is WEIRD y'all).

Her assigned dorm is with Carol Danvers, so that should be interesting. And possibly terrifying to every man on campus. She'll either show up tomorrow night or Friday morning, depending on how I feel after work tomorrow (9 more hours of work and then four day weekend!!!!).

Margo, along with my others (Michael Guerin, Vanya Hargreeves, Darcy Lewis, and John Sheppard) are available for all the things this weekend and beyond :)

I used an AC reward a while ago to have a copy of Vanya's autobiography show up on Derleth's campus. I haven't done anything with it yet, so if anyone wants to have their character stumble on it and read it, we can discuss :)

Natalie and I changed Rodney & John's body swaps. They are both Ascended beings. Basically, spectral entities who possess all the knowledge in the world and exist on a separate plane of existence. They've spent the first couple of days of this week trying to figure out how to interact with anyone besides each other.

Hi! This is Jen, with #4, because I have no chill. This is John Sheppard from the Stargate franchise, specifically Stargate: Atlantis. He's an Air Force pilot who, thanks to having a super special genetic makeup, ended up on an intergalactic mission to the lost city of Atlantis.

He's pretty easy going and go with the flow, used to dealing with weird things, so he won't be terribly phased to find himself here, though he will be intent on figuring out what is going on and how to get back. He'll be arriving with his best friend and teammate, Rodney McKay, who is decidedly less easy going and John will apologize for him a lot.

It looks like he's living with Ravi so they can try to figure out this whole thing together. He's up for meeting anyone/everyone and I apologize in advance for his inadvertent flirting. It's just who he is and he has no idea he's doing it.

Got some RL stuff going on that may limit my RP availability for the next couple of weeks. Rather than bog everyone down with needless details that they may not care about, I posted here about it so you can click there if you want details.

The tl;dr is that I will possibly be sporadic and unfocused so please don't hesitate to ping me on discord or via email if you need me/my characters.

→ It does count toward AC. January is a short month due to the late game start and so if you want your AC prizes, you may wanna get a jump on that.

→ HINT: YOU MIGHT NOT WANNA SPEND YOUR AC UNTIL YOU SEE THE PLOT HAPPENING JANUARY 29TH. Normally AC rewards and where the campus goes won't matter, but there is a little extra something planned you can use AC toward on the Jan 29th plot.
