Where: Queen Family Brownstone, NYC
What: The Arrow Clan Family Dinner.

This was going to be... interesting. Ollie had moved the whole family from Star City due to some baddie or another attacking them at home. So here they were. On the East Coast. Which really wasn't a problem. Actually, Dinah was glad to get the chance to see... everyone. But while transcontinental distances had never actually stood in the way of true love; Dinah was pretty sure it had been helpful in maintaining she and Oliver's friends only relationship. And that was good. After last time, she wasn't sure she could even think about...
But Oliver wasn't why she was here tonight (no, really!). Dinah had missed seeing Mia and Roy and Connor, and- of course- her favorite toddler in all the world, Little Miss Lian. She'd been in touch with them, sure, but it put a strain on Mia in particular when Dinah and Ollie weren't in one of their "On Again" periods. That wasn't to say that Oliver made it difficult on her by any means... but she was his sidekick partner. Now that they lived in New York though, it would only take one ferry ride for Dinah to be available for shopping trips and girls days out. And, if Mia ever needed to get away for a night, she had a place to go, no questions asked.
But that didn't mean that this first attempt at a normal family dinner wasn't going to be slightly (okay, more than slightly) awkward. There was no reason it should be though. Dinah and Oliver were friends. Had been friends for a long time. Just friends. Good friends. That was all.
Still trying to convince herself of that fact, Dinah rang the doorbell and stuffed her hands in the pockets of her motorcycle jacket. Nope. No awkward here.
