So I get the feeling we all need a distraction. Maybe to stop from worrying about our space cadets, or maybe to hit pause on freaking out about all the inadvertent time escapades. Or just take a break from the lab/computer/bureaucracy we’re entrenched in.

The weather’s decent and the beach is right there at New Asgard. I’m thinking a friendly volleyball tourney. Kenny Loggins soundtrack optional but strongly encouraged.

I have checked the internet to discover what Volleyball is, but I do not believe its requirements are within my grasp at the moment. Still, I will come observe.

Spectators are a huge part of any sports event. We’ll have to make sure there are refreshments on hand so you can really get the right vibe.

It really is beautiful and getting warmer. I hope so, I was explaining it to a few citizens this morning.

It’s a tournament of beach volleyball, which is a game played on sand by two teams of two. You play with your hands and a medium sized ball and have to hit the ball over a net which splits the court in half.

I can probably show you better than I can explain.
