Perhaps this is not broadly understood, but while hallucinations can be a sign of illness, they do not always mean a person is unwell. Hallucinations are, in fact, relatively common.

Even so, it is sensible to see a doctor following any hallucination (even if there are no other symptoms). It is especially important in someone with an illness that may cause hallucinations; with older people, who are especially susceptible to ophthalmological and neurological disorders; and in the overtaxed, exhausted, or otherwise socially, emotionally, or intellectually strained. I think my plant was stolen. Or it walked off.

Considering it is a bird of paradise and as tall as I am, both options feel equally stupid to me. Despite one being the obvious stupider answer.

The pot is broken and I've checked the trash and dumpsters in the area to see if someone threw it in there with no luck. So if someone sees a giant plant loose on the grass or in a trash or something, let me know. Or I guess if a friend suddenly has a giant new plant in their house and a strange story how it got there.

Today is my birthday. Perhaps this is a surprise. It would have been more fitting if it had been Earth Day, but then that would also be a spoiler.

There will be a family dinner at my house tonight, but besides that, I think I will go and see a movie. Even though there aren't any good ones about animals out right now.

I'm not sure what to see. Any suggestions?

The last day of Ramadan is judged on the sighting of the first sliver of the waxing crescent. Then, it is Eid al-Fitr.

Something about that always gave me strength to know the moon will grow big again in times of darkness and fasting.
