[Dark and cold are not Ammy's things. She does not approve of this at all.

So once the temperature starts to fall to uncomfortable levels, she runs outside, looking around and glancing up at the 'sky'. Sunrise probably won't work down here...

A loud howl echoes through the dome for several seconds. And moments later, what appears to be a giant fireball appears in the sky. It doesn't move anywhere, but it does provide a good deal of light for those outside. The flames are warming too.

A happy bark echoes on the network.

Ammy curls up in the 'sun' and pretends to sleep, happy with herself. It'll last for a few hours and it'll take a bit for her ink to restore so she can cast it again. But hopefully it'll help]

((Feel free to use this post to reply to the fireball's presence. Thread jumping is go?))

[At first, Eggman was hunting for a power source for robot-making. But now that the temperature is dropping, survival for everyone is fast becoming a high priority, and so he was hoping to make a more reliable generator than Juiced-up-kun, glowing trees, and fireballs generated by deities.]

[By powering it with fish.]

[This is precisely why he is at the beach, trying to catch fish with a lure modified to reduce the damage done to the animals. To his side rests a simple fish tank filled with salt water and nothing else, even though he is technically getting several hits on his line.]

[The downside of his safe lure is that it also makes it easier for the dolphins to enjoy this exciting new snack time game. As a result, he is getting more and more frustrated every time, especially when the fish ALMOST make it to shore... only for a dolphin to wiggle up, grab it, and flop back away into the depths.]

Stop eating my batteries!

[His only response is dolphin laughter.]

[ Terminal's voice comes across the channel, but it sounds different. Lighter in tone, almost as though his usual bad-boy attitude was missing. ]

To everyone I talked with last night, I wanted to extend an apology for my harsh words. The truth of the matter is, I never had a reason to consider vampires as anything more than myth until a couple weeks ago, and after the situation a few days ago... It merely served to enforce my fears of them. There is little good in fighting amongst ourselves here, and to those I insult, I hope you will... excuse my ignorance of the matter. I shouldn't have judged all of your the same as that psycho from a few days ago.

Regardless of the matter though, most of us still have the problem of being trapped in this prison, and I know I would like to return to my home. Again I ask, that those of you willing to work with me on getting out of here, please contact me. I won't pretend to have any grand plan right now, but we should at least know who does and does not want to leave this place. Something this big can only happen if we work together.

I know that the food supplies won't last... and everyone is concerned. I don't know if there's anything we can do about it, on such short notice. But I had some food stored away for a midnight snack sometime.

...I've been eating lightly. I'd -- like to share it, if anyone hasn't eaten yet.

[you guys don't know how srs biznss this offer is for an Allen]

[Bakura has never liked the dark. That has always been the Spirit's domain. He managed to stay mostly calm for the first day, just keeping to himself, but waking up again to darkness that refused to recede, that surrounded him, and was only occasionally broken by a glowing tree, or someone walking past with a flashlight...he feels like it is closing in around him. Like the compound is slowly shrinking, and he is starting to suffocate. Calmness is slipping away from him, and he is fighting to keep the panic at bay. That brief moment of light earlier raised his hopes for a brief moment, and when it flickered out, disappearing, it took his hopes with it.

Now, he is quietly slipping out of the compound, a flashlight clutched tightly between pale fingers. He's heading towards the library. He needs to talk to his sister, she can calm him down. He grabs some paper and a pencil in the library. He debates staying there, but it's so dark, and empty...he turns around and leaves with his new treasures, making a bee-line towards the park. It seems the most well lit place. Once he arrives, he makes himself comfortable against a tree trunk, and starts composing a letter to his dead sister.]

In light of the many people concerned about the food issue of late I will announce that if you have need of any, please come to the beach; there are many fish that I have already caught. Though I do ask that you moderate yourselves, so that others may have a chance to acquire some.

...And I would be grateful if someone could provide a fire or working oven to cook them.

[Have the camera pan in on the park. Direct your eyes to the large wild fire that's quickly spreading and engulfing the trees]

... why is the park on fire?! Water--!
