Ianto is well aware of the many things Jack likes. He keeps a mental list of them organized and filed alphabetically inside his brain. Even if things are never explicitly mentioned he pay attention, he listens and observes and makes educated guesses. So the humiliation thing is certainly something he's aware of. It's not really how he would like this to go today though - it hardly seems appropriate for a situation involving kissing robots.

The little shiver of anticipation may be small, but Jack's well-used to noticing such things, and it relaxes him some more as he slides easily to his knees between Ianto's. It's the first strike that feels like a punishment, sharp and hard and displeased. Ianto takes a deep breath and let's it out slowly, not wanting to be upset by this.
