[You won't hear them coming. You won't see their snare. The mistletoe bots are out and they're hunting you, two by two. You can run and you can hide, but eventually you will be caught, and then there's nothing left to do but kiss your way out!

	Inara was back. Which made things fuzzy again. Especially considering how he'd reacted when she was gone. He wondered when someone would spill the beans about that. So he spent his day as far from his apartment as possible. Because it was easier to deal with Inara being here if he wasn't near her. Thus, he was more than a little distracted throughout the day. 	He hasn't really seen Mal since just after the sparring match that got them both put in hospital, so he's not quite sure how Mal will react to this, but the red pearls are gone and the idea of getting Mal trapped by a bot is too much fun to ignore. Jack's eyebrows go up. "Well, I guess that puts me in my place!" he declares, honestly rather put out that he's apparently not attractive enough to interest Mal. That's a pretty rare occurence, for him.

"I was having a good day," he pouts. "I think it just took a turn for the worse."

Though of course there is still a certain perverse amusement at watching the bot finally coming up to Mal and instructing, "Kiss!" in his ear.

	Mal shrugs. No man would tempt him. Unless they had Inara's ability to charm. An' even that was iffy. The bot was a surprise. Mal jumped and swore in Mandarin. And then, surprise of all surprises, he laughed. "Guess I should have seen that coming." (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	But Jack does have Inara's ability to charm! Not that Mal's really seen it, because Jack's never had occasion to lay it thick on him. Well. Better late than never. "You really should," he agrees, his voice dropping a tone and his hips swaying suggestively as he eases up to Mal. There's a sinful smile on his lips and a bright, sparkling light in his eye. 	"You look like you've been waiting all day for this." Because really, there's no one Mal really wants to kiss that badly. Except Inara. "Let's jus' get it over with." He leans forward... recognizing it's strange to not have to actually lean down to reach the other man's lips. A quick brush against Jack's lips and he pulls back, hoping it's enough for the bot. 	His brows furrow as she cuts herself off, but he gestures towards the stable and follows her in. He doesn't notice the mistletoe bot zip in behind them. "She's just down here. 	She nods and heads inside, moving to the stall beside his Serenity. She smiled, pushing it open and was so occupied with reacquainting herself with the horse that she didn't even notice the bot that was following right behind Mal. 	Mal completely closed off. He glared at the bot. "The kissing bots. Remember from last time," he asked. "Someone thinks it's fun to trap two people together and make them kiss."
